Hi Jon. I hope you are doing well in the MTC, getting accustomed to your companion, your schedule, classes, the food, etc. Do you have any idea how long you'll be in the MTC before shipping out to Queretaro?
I had a nice week in Island Park. One day I washed and scraped varnish off windows and another day I spent about 9 hours cutting and stacking firewood, trimming trees, and getting the back yard looking amazing. I also spent a lot of time lounging in the hammock, reading books, watching a netflix series, eating tons of Grandma Poulton food, and talking with all the cousins. On Saturday I went into Yellowstone with Alexa, (boyfriend) Jacob, Mary, and (brother) Jacob to hike a place called Fairy Falls which was about 5.5 miles roundtrip, all flat. It was super pretty but had tons of mosquitos as well. We just got back late last night.
We went to church in Island Park yesterday but nobody was there when we arrived due to it was Stake Conference that week. Oh well.
